Anticipation.....

Mom and I have been anticipating this day for a long time.  Almost two years, in fact. Reflecting back on the past, however, I realize that it has not been two years, but twenty years.  We have not been waiting on this day for twenty years, but we have truly lived twenty years....twenty years of life together that might not have happened.

For all the crazy unforeseen chances of fate we have had....I know that it is not just chance...someone has been looking out for our family for a long time, and I can count my many, many blessings.
